The Volopla system is based on changing the “traditional” or “conventional” order used until now to fit every element which comprises the plasterboard plates system. Its uniqueness consists in placing the lower riser (already drilled in the factory) before the plastrons, using levelling ensembles to allow the placement of every part before what is being done today. In this way you may have every profile -even wooden or metal subframes- positioned at once, saving time in the set out and levelling which will allow an easy, swift and single inspection of installations and measurements. All this is done before making the plastron, thus avoiding serious complications that any change may cause once the rigid surface is placed. Also, this most up-to-date system -due to its own concept- help to erect the profiles and installations even before the façade is placed.

Among the numerous advantages this system introduces, we can mention the following:

• Just make one setting out and marking of houses, not 3 like it happened before.
• Fitting of wooden and aluminium subframes in houses with no less than three months in advance when compared to the traditional system of drywall.
• Every installation is placed inside the house three months before any other traditional system.
• Easy assembling of installations, increased speed and precision thanks to specific procedures designed for each operation due to the fact that drilled risers, mullions and subframes as well as one side of the partition wall are placed in their corresponding levels and sites when it is required to take references for the assembling of different mechanisms and installations over the partitioning.
• It is easier to check partitioning and installations at once, and greater possibilities exist to change or correct mechanisms and fittings without any need to cut or break solid elements which saves money.
• Greater precision in every activity, therefore less material is spent achieving greater performance. Material losses are reduced from 8 to 2%.
• Plastrons are easy to make since houses have identical physical levels, thus efficiency increases in 4 or 5%.
• Total reduction of time difference is calculated around 35% when compared to traditional systems since profiles and fair faces are assembled together so there is no need to depend on installations, plastron or plaster.
